Company Profile
At Collect Success, our staff are recruited from well known legal firms and given in-depth training in the area of body corporate levy recovery. Our team of paralegals, solicitors, barristers, process servers and investigators will always ensure that you receive the highest quality service.
Members of our team are always on hand to assist with enquiries from body corporate managers, committee members and unit owners with regards to levy recovery issues and processes.
As an active member and supporter of the Community Titles Institute of Queensland, Unit Owners Association of Queensland Inc., Institute of Strata Title Managers and the Bailiff-Sheriff Australia program, Collect Success is able to draw on a breadth of knowledge and experience in order to ensure that the best available outcome is achieved for the body corporate.
Our Corporate Values & Culture
Collect Success values and recognises the importance of establishing and maintaining an enjoyable, respectful working relationship between members of our team and our clients.
Our culture is founded on communication as the key to success, and we openly encourage transparent and regular communication that constructively achieves a positive result.
Our aim is to alleviate wherever possible the stress which can be placed on body corporate managers and committee members in the sometimes hostile environment which can arise when pursuing a fellow lot owner for unpaid levies, and to ensure that a harmonious outcome is achieved for all.
Our values also extend to our community and our environment. We are actively changing our operations to reduce our carbon imprint, and to enable our clients to communicate in ‘green’ mechanisms. We work hand in hand with our clients in this area.
As a responsible corporate citizen we have supported and will continue to support a range of national and local charities and non-profit organisations.
Vision
Our mission is to ensure a timely and cost effective levy recovery process, and to ensure that we work with stakeholders and government bodies in order to formulate “best practice” procedures. |
